Meet Our New Program Manager!

02/01/2023

The CEO Foundation of Connecticut is pleased to announce our new Program Manager—Hannah DeBruler. In the newly created role, Hannah oversees the scholarship application process for CEO families and works with schools and parents to provide scholarships to help their students learn and thrive. She is thrilled to serve at an organization that provides children with the quality education they need to succeed in life.

Hannah portraitShe said of joining CEO, “My entire educational and professional life has revolved around the kind of private institutions that CEO scholars attend. A quality education is truly the gateway to opportunity, not merely of achieving future economic success, but of developing the character traits and virtues every student needs to live a good life. It’s a privilege to work at CEO to provide children with scholarships to attend quality schools that care about their entire education—academic, moral, spiritual, and physical—and prepare them to lead successful lives.”

Prior to joining the team at CEO, Hannah served as Government Relations Assistant at the American Association of Christian Schools, where she focused on federal policies that affect the religious liberty and educational freedom of Christian K-12 schools.

Hannah personally benefited from attending a religious K-12 school and is passionate about giving back to the private institutions that shaped her throughout her life. She currently serves as a school board member at the private school she attended in Maryland. Hannah holds a B.A. in political science from Pensacola Christian College and an M.A. in government from Hillsdale College. She and her husband Stephen reside in Maryland.
